原因是這邊訂房很簡單好用又不怕訂貴～(原因後面會說明！)
我個人真的滿推的
這次就訂了「 東京MD Samantha3 New APT Shinjuku真實住客評鑑＆超殺特惠 」這間，價格真的超優的～
有關於訂房，我的建議是
1.景點距離及交通便利度：省下交通時間就有更多時間玩啦！
2.價格：一分錢一分貨沒錯，不過如果是同一家飯店的話在HOTELS.COM訂的話訂貴了還能退價差！沒在怕的！（這點超棒！）
3.附加服務及設施設備：例如免費wifi/泳池/健身房/早餐/盥洗用具，care這些的人建議在找房時注意一下喔！
4.實際評價：最怕住到就是圖文不符的，這真的會壞了興致，除了去google看有沒有人住過之外，HOTELS.COM也會有實際住過的房客評價也是可以納入考量範圍喔！

This house is newly built 2017,6. Located in which it only takes 5-min. walk from Sasazuka Station, which only takes 4 min. to Shinjuku by train. This area is a very safe place, as you can walk through the shopping center from the station to the house.
Since you can rent the entire house, the space gives you a relaxing time with your family or as a group.
One double bed, two single beds and 6 sets of futons are available. Maximum 10 guests can stay, so you can even bring your family and friends. Accommodation includes a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, desk and bathroom (bathtub and toilet are separated). Eating in the rooms is allowed. Amenities such as an air conditioner, wi-fi, TV, bath items including shampoo, conditioner and body soap, and hair drier are available as well.
Sasazuka Station is located in a very convenient area and perfect for your sightseeing.
Only 4 min. to Shinjuku by train for visiting places including Tokyo Metropolitan Government, Shinjuku Gyoen and Samurai Museum.
It only takes 15 min. by taxi or 20 min. by bus to Shibuya and Harajuku area for Scramble Crossing, 109 and Takeshita Street.
In addition, there are two popular shopping centers near by the Sasazuka Station:
Jugo-dori Shopping Center is where the house is located in. You can enjoy some popular Japanese confectionery, kimono, and Japanese-style food like oden with fish cakes.
Another is Kannon-dori Shopping Center, located in the other side of the station. Here you can enjoy some yakitori (skewered chicken), grilled fish, sake and wine.
There are many take-out places, so you also have an option to enjoy a meal in the spacious kitchen.
It is a safe area located in the shopping center and quiet at night. There are a convenience store and park nearby.
